We developed an online catalog so the Communications department can manage and control all print collateral while allowing faculty and staff to order as needed. The catalog allows quick, 24/7 access to stationery, recruiting collateral, signage and educational marketing resources. The online solution ensures brand consistency and budget control. Faculty and staff enter data, review and submit orders online seamlessly – rather than having to contact the Communications Manager to place an order and cross-charge funds.

St. Andrew’s has reduced print and print management costs by more than 12% and cycle time from ordering to delivery from 2 weeks to 2 days. The new system now supports all types of school business card templates and smaller, more environmentally-friendly order sizes. The process has been streamlined so the Communications Manager no longer needs to be involved in managing every request, freeing 25% of her daily time. Feedback has been very positive and St. Andrew’s continues to shift all materials to this model, allowing the Communications department to work with a sole on demand print provider vs. using multiple online printers.
